What to expect on the drinks menu!

Inspired by the Caribbeans, Barbossa Bar’s Cocktail & beverage menu features a variety of drinks from tropical rum based cocktails to international wines & beers as well as an array of spirits from all around the world.

Cocktails

RUM ROW – Catch this vessel just outside the maritime limit containing Nusa Cana Rum, house cassis, orange juice, pineapple juice with a fresh squeeze of lime!

EL DRAQUE – El Draque pays homage to the most famous name in the Caribbean, Sir Francis Drake. This original mojito is made up of Cachaca, Lime, Sugar, Mint & Water.

MERMAIDS LAGOON – Find the mermaids swimming in lagoons sipping on Ink Gin, Fiorente Liqueur, Lime, Mint & Soda Water.

TRIDENT OF POSEIDON – Three cyclopes crafted Poseidon’s Trident. The created it using Bombay Sapphire, Barbossa Hibiscus Syrup & Lime Juice.

BEACHGOER – This tropical drink features Ketel One Vodka, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Passionfruit Pulp & a dash of orange bitters.

ADMIRAL’S HIGHBALL – We found this drink in the Admiral’s Quarters containing Ketel One Citron, Sour Monkey Apple Liqueur, Guava Juice, Mint & Soda Water.

TROPPOBERRY – Shaking up a concoction of Smirnoff Raspberry, Malibu, Pineapple Juice & a squeeze of fresh lime makes this the tastiest tropical delight!

COCONUT CARGO – This malibu treat will send you coconuts with a splash of guava juice topped with refreshing lemonade.

VANILLA OASIS – Take yourself on a tastebud holiday with this fusion of Passoa, Licor 43, Lemonade & fresh passionfruit drizzled over the top!

PERA COLADA – Adding a pear twist to this classic with Pampero Blanco, Coconut Syrup, Condensed Milk, pear juice & a fresh squeeze of Lime Juice.

CLOUDY SEAS – Sail alongside the captain on the cloudy seas whilst enjoying a cold drink on deck crafted with Captain Morgan, Cointreau, Cloudy Apple Juice, Lemon Juice & a dash of bitters.

EL MONO ROJO – You’ll find a bunch of red monkeys hanging from trees chasing this fusion of Passoa, Sour Monkey, Apple Juice & topped with Cranberry Juice.

MCCOY – Bill McCoy was known as a whiskey smuggler. He was wanted for smuggling a mix of Johnnie Walker, Falerum, Pear Juice & Lemon Juice.

BRUJO – Beware of the witch doctor and her potions known for causing pure bliss. She concocted the potion out of Four Pillars, Cointreau Blood Orange, Lemon Juice & Pineapple Juice.

CHE GUAVA – A guava bomb packed with El Jimador, Guava Juice, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup & topped with refreshing soda.

AMITITAN SOUR – Amatitan is known as the home to El Jimador Tequila. Shake up some El Jimador, Licor 43, Blueberry Syrup, Lime Juice & an egg white & you create the perfect sour.

BLUNDERBUSS – This cocktail shoots a healthy dose of Bulleit Bourbon mixed with Barbossa Peach & Cinnamon syrup, fresh mint & a dash of bitters.
